Yes you can! As a Vaya customer it is now possible to change your existing plan to any of our exciting new plans – including switching between Power Plans and Unlimited plans. You can change your plan mid month but changes will take effect from the first day of the next calendar month. A $5 plan change fee will be applied to your following invoice.


Customers on contract terms can upgrade at any time – remembering changes take effect on the first day of the next calendar month. Customers on contract terms cannot downgrade to plan of lower value than your existing plan.


 When choosing your plan – consider all your needs across talk, data and of course your budget – remembering to leave a little buffer!
